Thanks to all the Panthers for volunteering at the Rise Against Hunger event last Saturday! Our P.R.I.D.E. really showed!!
We had 98 people from UP sign up, and we helped pack over 20,000 meals for schoolchildren in Cambodia and the Philippines. Once Disney approves our volunteer hours, UP will get 20 tickets to Disneyland! These tickets will be auctioned off at the Family Fun Fest on May 10th to support UP PTA programs. What a wonderful turnout for a wonderful cause! Thank you to Anna-Lisa Larson for coordinating the event for our families to participate!
